Frequently asked questions
Do Charge 5 bands fit the Charge 6?
Yes. The Charge 5 and Charge 6 use the same band connection, so bands for either one fit both. Bands for the Charge 3 and Charge 4 won’t fit.
Will my Versa 2 bands fit a Versa 3 or Versa 4?
No. Fitbit changed the connection with the Versa 3. Versa and Versa 2 bands only fit the Versa, Versa 2 and Versa Lite. The Versa 3, Versa 4, Sense and Sense 2 share their own connection.
Do Inspire 2 bands fit the Inspire 3?
No. The Inspire 3 uses a different band connection, so choose a band that names the Inspire 3 in its title.
How do I know a band will fit my wrist?
Check the size or wrist range on the product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, send us your wrist measurement and we’ll point you to the right one.
What if I order the wrong band?
Returns are free within 30 days. We send you a prepaid return label, so trying a band costs you nothing if it doesn’t work out.
