Shipping is free on every US order. Orders placed by 4 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Orders ship from our partner’s warehouse in New York via USPS Ground Advantage, and delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after your order ships.

How will my order ship in the US?
Are there any extra shipping fees?
No. Shipping is free on all orders, including larger items like watch winders and storage cases.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you ordered over the weekend, tracking may not update until 1–2 business days after shipping. That’s normal carrier scanning, not a delay.
Canada Shipping
How do orders ship in Canada?
Shipping is free on every Canadian order. Orders placed by 4 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Orders ship from our partner’s warehouse in Montreal via Canada Post, and delivery usually takes 2–8 business days after your order ships. Prices on our site are shown in US dollars.
Is expedited shipping available?
Not at the moment. All Canadian orders ship with free standard shipping.
