Band widths and attachment types for every Garmin watch: Fenix, Epix, Forerunner, Instinct, Venu, Vivoactive, Approach, D2, Descent, Tactix, Quatix, MARQ and Vivomove.

The band clicks straight into the watch with no tools. Used on Fenix, Epix, Enduro, Instinct, D2, Descent, Tactix, Quatix, MARQ, the larger Approach models and the Forerunner 745, 935, 945, 955, 965 and 970.

Quick release
A small lever on the pin lets you pop the band off by hand. Used on Venu, Vivoactive, Vivomove, the smaller Approach models and most other Forerunners.

Garmin Fenix, Epix & Enduro
All Fenix, Epix and Enduro models use QuickFit. The size letter matters: S models are smaller (20mm), X models are larger (26mm).

Garmin Forerunner
Most Forerunners use standard quick-release bands. The 745, 935, 945, 955, 965 and 970 take 22mm QuickFit bands. S models (255S, 265S) are smaller at 18mm.

Every Instinct uses QuickFit. The standard models are 22mm, 2S is 20mm, and 2X and the 50mm Instinct 3 are 26mm.

The larger Approach models use QuickFit. The S12, S40 and S42 use standard quick-release bands.

Garmin’s aviation, dive, tactical and marine watches use QuickFit, except the D2 Air, which uses standard quick-release bands.

Frequently asked questions
How do I find out which Garmin I have?
Open the Garmin Connect app and tap the watch icon to see the model name. Most Garmin watches also have the model printed on the back. For watches that come in several sizes, like the Fenix 8, Epix Pro, Instinct 3 or Forerunner 570, check the case size too (for example 43mm, 47mm or 51mm).
Do Fenix 7 bands fit the Fenix 8?
Yes, as long as the sizes match. The Fenix 7 and the 47mm Fenix 8 both take 22mm QuickFit bands. The Fenix 7S matches the 43mm Fenix 8 (20mm), and the Fenix 7X matches the 51mm Fenix 8 (26mm).
Do Forerunner 255 bands fit the Forerunner 265?
Yes. Both use 22mm quick-release bands. The smaller 255S and 265S share 18mm bands with each other, but not with the regular 255 or 265.
Will a QuickFit band fit my Venu or Vivoactive?
No. Venu and Vivoactive watches use quick-release bands, not QuickFit. Choose a band that names your Venu or Vivoactive model in its title.
What if I order the wrong size?
Returns are free within 30 days. We send you a prepaid return label, so trying a band costs you nothing if it doesn’t work out.
