Where is my order?
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Orders placed by 4 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. US delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days and Canada 2 to 8. If you ordered over the weekend, tracking may take 1 to 2 business days to update.
How do I return or exchange a strap?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, except final sale and clearance items. Send us your order number using the form above and we’ll take it from there. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
Which strap fits my watch?
Every product page lists the watches it fits. For traditional watches, check your lug width (the gap between the lugs where the strap attaches). Our Garmin Band Size Guide and Fitbit Band Compatibility Guide cover those brands model by model. Still unsure? Send us your watch model and we’ll confirm the fit before you order.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not at this time. Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada. See our Shipping page for details.
